Our herbal iced tea is the perfect blend for summer, it is a mineral packed iced tea to hydrate the body and nourish our skin from within. Creating that summer glow!

How to use

• Give your bag a gentle shake to combine the tea leaves and botanicals, add 4 heaped teaspoons per 500ml (2 cups) of hot water.
• Steep covered for 5 minutes or longer (depending on how strong you like it), strain and place in the fridge until cool.
• Once cooled serve with ice and frozen berries.

A full bag will make 4 litres of herbal iced tea.

Don’t add ice to the blend until you are ready to drink it.

Nettle – One of the most nourishing botanicals and natures multivitamin. Rich in vitamins A, C, and K, silica, magnesium. Silica is a trace mineral that helps the body produce collagen.

Dandelion root – will support the detoxification of metabolic wastes by reducing congestion within the liver, this will help ease any hormonal skin eruptions.

Oatstraw – rich in B vitamins, magnesium, iron, vitamins A, C, E, and K
